Deliveries are made to England, Scotland, Scottish Isles, Wales, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man only.

£7.50 (£6.25+VAT) P&P for orders below £70.00 (£62.50+VAT) to delivery addresses in England, Wales & Isle of Wight

£7.50 (£6.25+VAT) P&P for orders below £70.00 (£62.50+VAT) to delivery addresses in Scotland

£15.00 (£12.50+VAT) P&P for orders below £75.00 (£62.50+VAT) to delivery addresses in the Scottish Isles & Isle of Man.

Orders over £75.00 (£62.50+VAT) ordered and paid online are delivered carriage paid

Deliveries are usually made via our chosen carrier and require a signature as proof of acceptance.

Delivery of Goods in England, Wales and Scotland (Highlands and Lowlands) will normally be made within 2-7 Working Days, and delivery of Goods in the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will normally be made within 3-7 Working Days of receipt and acceptance of your order by us.  Deliveries shall normally be made between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on any Working Day.  Orders received after 5.00pm on any Working Day are deemed to have been received the following Working Day.  For the avoidance of doubt orders received at Weekends, during Bank holidays or during Factory Closure (or any other period as indicated on this Website from time to time) are deemed to have been received on the following Working Day.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Delivery Date is approximate only, and time shall not be of the essence for delivery.

Any date quoted for delivery of the Goods is approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.  Delivery shall take place by such method as we may decide at our absolute discretion, to the Delivery Destination on or as close to the Delivery Date as is reasonably practicable in all the circumstances.  Deliveries are normally made using a secure carrier and may require a signature on behalf of the Buyer.   Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to have taken place when they have been delivered to the Delivery Destination supplied and either a signature on behalf of the Buyer has been received in respect of the Goods or other photographic proof obtained.  The Delivery Address that you provide should be one where there is someone to receive the parcel(s) during the delivery hours stipulated.  A work address or that of a neighbour can be stipulated if necessary. Although parcels may be left in a place around your property, nominated by you, this is entirely at your own risk and the Seller shall accept no liability for any ensuing loss whatsoever.

If, for any reason, the Buyer is unable to accept delivery of the Goods when the Goods are due and ready for delivery then we may, at our absolute discretion, arrange the storage of the Goods and the Buyer shall be liable to us for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of such storage.  This provision is without prejudice to any of the Seller's rights in relation to a failure by the Buyer to take delivery of the Goods or pay for them in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

In the event that payment for the Goods has been, or is to be, made through the use of a debit or credit card then the Seller reserves the right to only deliver the Goods to the registered address of the cardholder of that card.
