Paper and Card is heavy and most of our products incur significant packaging and postage costs and so for many years we have had a minimum order value in order to try and mitigate some of the delivery costs to customers. Following on from customer feedback and suggestions we have now removed the minimum order requirements. In practice we have been subsidising significantly the delivery cost of almost all orders. Having removed the minimum order requirements and in order to maintain both quality and competitive pricing we must therefore ask for a more realistic contribution towards carriage costs. There remains an element of subsidised delivery charges and we offer carriage paid on orders over £75.00 (£62.50 + VAT) - mainland UK
