Minimum Order Amount
There is a minimum order value of £24.00(£20.00+VAT) (excluding any applicable carriage charges). |

Delivery Costs.
For delivery addresses in England & Wales there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £8.99 (£7.49+VAT) for orders below £90.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.
For delivery address's in Scotland (Lowlands) there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £14.40 (£12.00+VAT) for orders below £150.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.
For delivery Address's in Scotland (Highlands) there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £20.40 (£17.00+VAT) for orders below £150.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.
For delivery Address's in Scotland Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £24.00 (£20.00+VAT).
For delivery Address's in the Republic of Ireland there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £36.00 (£30.00+VAT).
Deliveries are made to all of U.K., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland only. |

Delivery Times.
For England, Wales & Scotland(Highlands and Lowlands) Delivery of Goods will normally be made within 5-7 Working Days of receipt and acceptance of your order by us.
For Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guerney, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Delivery of Goods will normally be made within 8-12 Working Days of receipt and acceptance of your order by us.
Deliveries shall normally be made between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on any Working Day.
Orders received by us after 5.00pm on any Working Day are deemed to have been received by us the following Working Day.
Orders received at Weekends, during Bank holidays or during Factory Closure (or any other period as indicated on this Website from time to time) are deemed to have been received by us on the following Working Day. |

Damage Notification.
We must be notified of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods within three working days of receipt of the Goods. PLEASE CONTACT US BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE FIRST. |

Accepted Payment Types.
We accept payments by Maestro, Electron, MasterCard, Visa, Solo, or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server currently SAGEPAY. We do not hold or have any access to any information, personal or otherwise, relating to Credit or Debit Cards.

Colour Matching.
Colour matching of products from photographic images or otherwise, which are contained on this or any other website, belonging to us cannot be guaranteed and should be considered as representative only.
Due to a continual programme of product improvement by us we reserve the right to amend, update or change shades and/or colours of products as necessary. |

Holiday Times.
Whilst the Factory Shop is open every day (except Christmas Day & Boxing Day) 10am to 5pm, the Online Distribution Warehouse closes during certain holiday periods.
These periods are Easter, mid August & over Christmas & New Year. The actual dates will be advertised in good time and found on the"Newsletter"page |

Returns
We must be notified of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods within three working days of receipt of the Goods.

We will make arrangements with you for replacement/return.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. CARRIAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ON FAULTY GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION. |

New Security
When buying products from us online you will notice that SAGEPAY, our payment provider, has introduced a new security procedure in the checkout process. This is the so called "verified by Visa" or "MasterCard secure code". This is part of new UK banking requirements to make your online purchases even more secure. If your card is not yet registered for online shopping you will be referred to your bank to register login information. This is a secure process handled within the banking system which will only be required once and should take no longer than one minute. |

What is the Delivery Charge?

Can I phone in an order for the Online Shop?
Orders can only be made and paid for through the Online Shop as payments are made through a Secure Server (SAGEPAY). |

Can I collect orders from the Factory Shop?
All the orders that are processed Online are despatched directly from our new Warehouse and delivered to your address.
Why not save the carriage charge and come directly to our Factory Shop where you will find all the items you can see here plus much more. |

Can I buy An Item from the Online Shop that is not listed?
Only items on the Online Shop can be purchased. Out of Stock items are removed from the shop until new stock arrives.

Can we deliver next day?
Because orders are dealt with in strict rotation we do not offer next day delivery.
|

What is the delivery time?
Normally, for England, Wales, Scotland (Highlands and Lowlands) 5 to 7 working days, but please allow 14 days before contacting us if the order hasn't arrived.
Normally, for Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Buernsey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland 8 to 12 working days, but please allow 21 days before contacting us if the order hasn't arrived.
Delivery times may be extended at some holiday times.

Can I pay with a cheque?
We only take Debit or Credit Cards on the Online Shop, but we do accept payment by cash, card and cheque if you visit our Factory Shop.

Can I add to my order after completing the transaction?
Once the transaction is completed nothing can be added to the order. |

What is the delivery schedule at holiday times?
At certain times of the year the Delivery times may be extended. At Easter, during August and at Christmas the warehouse shuts down. |

Are the Online Special Offers available at the Factory Shop?
The Online Special Offers will only be online. But there are other offers at the Factory Shop every month too!! |

Can School Orders be processed on the Online Shop
An Online Educational Price List is in the pipeline but in the meantime you're welcome to purchase from the Online Shop. |

Is there a loyalty scheme?
By buying multiple quantities from many of our product ranges substantial discounts are available. |

If I buy in bulk do I get a discount?
On many items there is a discount for buying a larger amount. It will be stated on the respective pages so have a look and see what you can save. Alternatively why not take advantage of our bulk packs which represent MEGA savings!! |

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland?
