Terms & Conditions
Below we have listed some important points about ordering from our website.

Minimum Order Amount
There is a minimum order value of £20 inc Vat. (excluding any applicable carriage charges).
Delivery Costs.
For delivery addresses in England & Wales there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £7.34 Inc. VAT for orders below £85.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.

For delivery address's in Scotland there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £12.99 Inc. VAT for orders below £150.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.

Deliveries are made to G.B. mainland only.
Delivery Times.
Delivery of Goods will normally be made within 5-7 Working Days of receipt and acceptance of your order by us.
Deliveries shall normally be made between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on any Working Day.
Orders received after 5.00pm on any Working Day are deemed to have been received by us the following Working Day.
Orders received at Weekends, during Bank holidays or during Factory Closure (or any other period as indicated on this Website from time to time) are deemed to have been received by us on the following Working Day.
Delivery Coverage.
Deliveries are made to G.B. mainland only.
Damage Notification.
We must be notified of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods within three working days of receipt of the Goods. PLEASE CONTACT US BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE FIRST.
Accepted Payment Types.
We accept payments by Maestro, Electron, MasterCard, Visa, Solo, or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server currently PROTX. We do not hold or have any access to any information, personal or otherwise, relating to Credit or Debit Cards.

Colour Matching.
Colour matching of products from photographic images or otherwise, which are contained on this or any other website, belonging to us cannot be guaranteed and should be considered as representative only.
Due to a continual programme of product improvement by us we reserve the right to amend, update or change shades and/or colours of products as necessary.
Holiday Times.
Whilst the Factory Shop is open every day (except Christmas Day & Boxing Day) 10am to 5pm, the Online Distribution Warehouse closes during certain holiday periods.
These periods are Easter, mid August & over Christmas & New Year. The actual dates will be advertised in good time and found on the"Newsletter"page
Returns
We must be notified of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods within three working days of receipt of the Goods.
PLEASE CONTACT US BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE FIRST.

We will make arrangements with you for replacement/return.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. CARRIAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ON FAULTY GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION.

New Security
When buying products from us online you will notice that PROTX, our payment provider, has introduced a new security procedure in the checkout process. This is the so called "verified by Visa" or "MasterCard secure code". This is part of new UK banking requirements to make your online purchases even more secure. If your card is not yet registered for online shopping you will be referred to your bank to register login information. This is a secure process handled within the banking system which will only be required once and should take no longer than one minute.
