Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a minimum oder value of £20 (excluding any applicable carriage charges). |

What is the Delivery Charge?
For delivery addresses in England & Wales there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £7.34 Inc. VAT for orders below £85.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.
For delivery Address's in Scotland there is a flat rate charge for carriage of £12.99 Inc. VAT for orders below £150.00; above this amount orders are carriage paid.
Deliveries are made to G.B. mainland only. |

Can I phone in an order for the Online Shop?
Orders can only be made and paid for through the Online Shop as payments are made through a Secure Server (Protx). |

Can I collect orders from the Factory Shop?
All the orders that are processed Online are despatched directly from our new Warehouse and delivered to your address.
Why not save the carriage charge and come directly to our Factory Shop where you will find all the items you can see here plus much more. |

Can I buy An Item from the Online Shop that is not listed?
Only items on the Online Shop can be purchased. Out of Stock items are removed from the shop until new stock arrives.

Can we deliver next day?
Because orders are dealt with in strict rotation we do not offer next day delivery.

What is the delivery time?
Normally 5 to 7 working days, but please allow 14 days before contacting us if the order hasn't arrived. Delivery times may be extended at some holiday times.

Can I pay with a cheque?
We only take Debit or Credit Cards on the Online Shop.

Can I add to my order after completing the transaction?
Once the transaction is completed nothing can be added to the order. |

What is the delivery schedule at holiday times?
At certain times of the year the Delivery times may be extended. At Easter, during August and at Christmas the warehouse shuts down. |

Are the Online Special Offers available at the Factory Shop?
The Online Special Offers will only be online offers and these will be changing monthly. But there are other offers at the Factory Shop every month too!! |

Can School Orders be processed on the Online Shop
An Online Educational Price List is in the pipeline but in the meantime you're welcome to purchase from the Online Shop. |

Is there a loyalty scheme?
By buying multiple quantities from many of our product ranges substantial discounts are available and you will be further rewarded with carriage costs paid on larger orders. |

If I buy in bulk do I get a discount?
On many items there is a discount for buying a larger amount. It will be stated on the respective pages so have a look and see what you can save. Alternatively why not take advantage of our bulk packs which represent MEGA savings!! |

Do you deliver outside England, Wales & Scotland Mainland?
At the moment we only deliver to G.B. Mainland (eg. England, Wales & Scotland Mainland).
